Controlled validation
Exercise the current product against realistic tenant workflows, authority boundaries, inventory state, sourcing, purchasing, receiving and evidence continuity. Fix contradictions before broadening claims.
TICSDevelopment Roadmap
The historical four-phase roadmap no longer describes where TICS is. Current V177 surfaces already span inventory, suppliers, workflow, purchasing, collaboration and Company Admin governance. The roadmap now focuses on depth, evidence, validation and readiness rather than simply adding menu items.
Exercise the current product against realistic tenant workflows, authority boundaries, inventory state, sourcing, purchasing, receiving and evidence continuity. Fix contradictions before broadening claims.
Strengthen end-to-end continuity, exception handling, receiving, assets, documents, reporting and operational proof so the platform behaves as one system rather than a collection of screens.
Continue integrating TICA as evidence-grounded operational and project intelligence while keeping consequential writes and approvals inside explicit authority boundaries.
Use controlled external testing to validate usability, reliability, onboarding, support assumptions and real-world workflow fit before claiming broader production readiness.
Finalize production operations, support model, security evidence, deployment posture and commercial terms only after the underlying capabilities have earned those claims.
