From $149/mo, priced by plan

When the inspector asks,
the proof is already there.

Recurring inspections, calibrations, certifications, licences and training for your equipment, locations and people. Each one has a due date, each completion keeps its proof, and the audit packet is one click away.

Development disclosure: Compliance & Inspections is sold on this pricing page today, but it is not yet one of the screens shown in the public Product Tour. Treat the capabilities below as the documented design, not a demonstrated, independently verified capability — see Trust & FAQ for how we separate implemented product from product direction.

01 / How It Works

Every recurring check has a due date,
and every completion keeps its proof.

01 · Due Dates That Move Themselves

Set how often each check is due. A pass moves the next due date on from the day the work was actually done. A fail leaves the due date where it is and marks the check as needing fixing.

02 · A Pass Has to Be Earned

A pass is refused while a checklist item is unticked, a reading is outside its tolerance, or proof is required and nothing is attached. Optionally, a second Company Admin signs it off.

03 · One-Click Audit Packet

Pick a date range and get every requirement and completion in one file, with a check that shows whether any record has been altered since it was saved.

02 / Records You Can Stand Behind

Built for the people
who check your work.

Completions are never edited or deleted

Each completion is chained to the one before it with a fingerprint, so a changed or missing record shows up in the audit packet instead of passing quietly.

Equipment, locations, people and the company

Forklift inspections, scale and gauge calibrations, operator certifications, business licences and safety training, all in one list. Starter checks are ready for every industry pack, plus fleet and trucking. You set your own intervals.

The right people do the right part

Workers record completions. Company Admins set up the checks, sign off and produce the audit packet.

No separate compliance tool

It sits in the same TICS login as your inventory and purchasing, instead of a spreadsheet or another subscription.

Why It's Worth It

A missed inspection costs more than the add-on.

Inspectors, auditors and insurers want to see that the work was done on time and who did it. Fines and lost contracts follow when you can't show them. This keeps the answer ready.
